In line with the approved Phoenix Directive Proposal (Proposal 4816) on Terra governance ([Hidden link]), this follow-up proposal seeks to establish the Alliance for funding Phoenix Directive.
The Alliance will have a reward weight of 14%, allocating 10% of chain staking rewards to the Phoenix Directive. These funds will be utilized to create Phoenix Task Forces and achieve the objectives outlined in the proposal ([Hidden link]).
