Coordinated upgrade of the Terra Classic mainnet from v4.0.2 to v4.1.1 (upgrade name v14_4) at height 31010600, approximately Monday 2026-10-26, 15:00 UTC. It fixes stuck transactions that could block an account (mempool parity, #689), two possible panics in the tax module (#667, #670), and makes accounts with a vesting schedule (LazyGradedVestingAccount) readable and usable again (#692).
