Our goal is to streamline governance and hasten the voting process for proposals on the chain. Currently, the 7-day discussion period before a proposal is put on chain adds 7 days to the overall voting period, resulting in a total of 21 days.
We propose to decrease the on-chain voting time from 14 to 7 days, bringing the total back to the standard 14-day period. This change is imperative for reasons such as node pricing, community-driven initiatives, and the ability to seize new opportunities as a community.
Voting YES signifies support for reducing the on-chain voting time by 7 days. Voting NO opposes the proposal. ABSTAIN indicates no strong opinion on the proposal. NO WITH VETO signifies that the proposal is seen as harmful or spam. Commonwealth discussion : [Hidden link]
