This is the follow-up proposal which implements the changes agreed on in the signaling proposal passed on the 9th of October ( [Hidden link] ) for a Software Upgrade to update the Sentinel Hub software to version v0.10.x (latest) with the following improvements:

If this proposal passes the Blockchain will stop producing the blocks at the height [Hidden link] which is expected to happen on 27th January 2023, 12:00 PM UTC. All the validators should coordinate on Sentinel Validators' group and restart the validator node with the specified version at the specified block height.
