This is a signaling proposal to include CHEQ pairs into the set of assets that get OSMO liquidity incentives. The benefit to the osmosis community from cheqd.io is pretty clear: they're experts in identity, and want to bring idenitity to the IBC stack in a way that preserves user privacy.
