This proposal maintains incentive emissions in OSMO in line with the lower inflation proposed in [Hidden link] by reducing the weighting of the redirected incentives to the community pool dramatically. It also moves the VSG in use for BTC to the one created in [Hidden link] If voting No on Proposal 833, this proposal should also be voted No on in order to maintain current liquidity incentives
