Add the following pools to incentives onboarding:
548 – Regen / Eeur 549 – Juno / Eeur 562 – Luna / Ust 565 – Luna / Atom 567 – Eeur / Ust
If passed these pools will begin onboarding on Nov 1, and begin receiving incentive payments Nov 5.
If not passed, these pools will remain unincentivized.
