This proposal gives the address osmo1lqyn9ncwkcqj8e0pnugu72tyyfehe2tre98c5qfzjg4d3vdw7n5q5a0x37 the ability to upload CosmWasm contracts to Osmosis without seeking further governance approval for each upload. This address is a multisig administered by Levana protocol builders.

Levana plans to initially soft launch on Osmosis with lowered deposit caps in place of around 10,000 ATOM. This will allow users to interact with Levana’s perpetuals contracts in a limited manner to explore the new functionality this brings to Osmosis whilst maintaining a high commitment to user security.
Users can interact with a Testnet deployment of the contracts at [Hidden link] by following this [Hidden link].
Governance approval for contract upload was originally intended to keep the set of DApps running on Osmosis consistent with its objective of being a DeFi hub for the Interchain.
While this proposal gives authority for osmo1lqyn9ncwkcqj8e0pnugu72tyyfehe2tre98c5qfzjg4d3vdw7n5q5a0x37 to permissionlessly upload CosmWasm contracts to Osmosis, governance only signals approval for contracts under the Levana umbrella. This includes contracts relating both to perpetual markets and any interactions with Levana NFTs.
