STARS incentives to Osmosis pools have been proposed in [Hidden link]. These incentives amount to 3.45M STARS, 2.2M STARS for the OSMO pool, and 1.25M STARS for the ATOM pool. If passed this proposal will enable matching of these amounts with extra OSMO incentives.
