STARS incentives to Osmosis pools have been proposed in [Hidden link]. These incentives amount to 50M STARS over 180 days, 166,666.6667 STARS/day for the OSMO pool, and 111,111.1111 STARS/day for the ATOM pool. If passed this proposal will enable matching of these amounts with extra OSMO incentives.
