This proposal would lower the minimum deposit for governance proposals from the current 2500 Osmos, to 500 Osmos. The Cosmos hub currently has a minimum deposit of 64 Atoms, at the current exchange rate between Atoms and Osmos (1 Atom to 7.196 Osmo) this is equivalent to ~460 Osmos. Therefore a level of 500 Osmos seems much more reasonable.
