Whenever a new smart contract update is released on the [Hidden link] repository, the procedure is the following: Store the code for the X number of contracts that require that update and then migrate them in one go via the Admin contract. In some cases this leads to a big number of proposals only for storing code on-chain that is not yet in effect. With this proposal we propose to extend only the storing code permissions by adding an additional wallet which would facilitate storing the code for the new releases. These would still need to pass through the regular migration process via a proposal, however, the proposal history would be much cleaner. Other addresses that are attempting to store a smart contract would still need to go through governance. By voting YES to this proposal, a Nolus team address (nolus1klq25snxga33mgqvrwruuvvulr99hkugauqdsl) would be able to store the code of new official smart contract releases.
