Summary

This proposal aims to adjust the parameters of the Lending Pool (LPP) smart contract for the Neutron Noble USDC integration on the Nolus Pirin mainnet.

Proposed Changes

  • Add-on Interest Rate Adjustment: The add-on (slope) borrow interest rate is proposed to be increased from 2% to 2.6%. The loan interest rate portion would vary between 6% at 0% utilization and 14.6% at the optimal utilization threshold or above. This will raise the max yield that lenders could get to above 14.6% from the current 12.6% level.
