The rewards dispatcher is the contract responsible for distributing NLS incentives to the lenders' pools. Due to the previously defined long rewards distribution period, the next alarm needs to be rescheduled.
This proposal is identical to the previously published one (prop 24) which failed to execute even though the quorum was above the 33.4% mark and the majority voted in favor of it. When submitting the proposal, the simulation for its execution was successfully performed meaning that all conditions for it to pass were there. However, at the time of the end date, there were no price feeds due to the fact that the four price feeding services were utilizing the default RPC nodes which were coincidentally temporarily down. To deliver a time alarm there needs to be a price for the asset that is considered. In this case, the asset is NLS.
There are price feeds once again on Nolus. In addition, the price feeding services have been configured to not utilize a single RPC provider but multiple ones.
By voting YES on this proposal, you agree to deliver a time alarm to the Rewards Dispatcher in order to reschedule the next one.
