The storage_cost parameter is responsible for estimating a fair payout for the uploader to compensate them for uploading data to storage providers like Arweave or Bundlr. Since this parameter has not been updated since genesis, and real market conditions can now be observed, we propose an updated storage cost value of 0.2772 ukyve per byte.
