This proposal changes the BTC/USDT PERP market oracle from the Coinbase BTC pricefeed to the BTC/USDT pricefeed obtained from Band Protocol through IBC. The motivation behind this proposal is to minimize reliance on centralized oracles and improve the robustness of the oracle price feeds through a fully decentralized solution.
