This is a software upgrade proposal that includes an enhancement to the Injective Chain. If passed, this proposal would commit the Injective Chain to halting at approximately 14:00 UTC on Nov 15th and starting the upgraded application binary. This upgrade proposal adds a minor improvement and finalizes the logic of the auction module which manages the native token burns collected from the recurring aggregated exchange fee auctions.
