The goal of this proposal is to ensure that stakers receive minimum staking APY of 5%. Specifically this propoosal increases minimum inflation to 5%, increases the goal bonded percentage to 85%, increases the BlocksPerYear to 1314000 (used by the mint module to estimate the appropriate block provisions) and increases the community tax to 5%.
