This proposal seeks to whitelist the Gelotto developer wallet (inj1my5have8r02y99ztdtm9q28ve9slyehhznktgk) for smart contract deployment on Injective. By doing so, Gelotto can launch multiple projects without requiring a separate governance proposal for each contract, streamlining development and reducing the burden on Injective's governance process.
