This is a software upgrade proposal for the Injective Protocol Mainnet. If passed, this proposal would commit the Injective Chain to halt at block height 19761600 (approximately 14:00 UTC on November 21st) and resume with the v1.8 version of the Injective Chain application binary. More details can be found in the long form proposal: [Hidden link] This upgrade proposal adds several new capabilities, features, and improvements:

  • Adds a new Token Factory module which enables permissionless native token issuance
  • Adds support for atomic market orders
  • Adds the ability to upload multiple Cosmwasm contracts in a single governance proposal
  • Adds ability to deregister automated execution of Cosmwasm contracts through governance
  • Adds support for orderbook metadata tracking
