This proposal updates the fee discounts for VIP tiers 1 & 2, adds UST in the quote denoms and disqualifies UST/USDT and AXS/USDT. For tier 1, the staking requirement will change from 1 INJ to 25 INJ, the fees paid requirement will change from 100 USD to 50 USD and the discount will change from 5% to 7.5%. For tier 2, the discount will change from 10% to 12.5%.
