This proposal schedules a coordinated upgrade of the Cosmos Hub to Gaia v28.2.0.
If the proposal passes, validators will be required to update the Cosmos Hub binary at the specified upgrade height.

Starting with this release, all official Gaia release binaries will be distributed with detached GPG signatures, either for the binaries themselves or for the archives containing them. Public verification keys and instructions are published in the [Hidden link].
This expedited proposal has an initial voting period of THREE DAYS.
