Context

Following the approval of BCIP-19 ([Hidden link]), this proposal confirms the upgrade height deadline for v3.1.3 on mainnet.

The upgrade will follow a soft upgrade approach:

  • The chain continues using the current logic until the specified block height
  • New logic is activated automatically after that height

Validators are required to upgrade their node to v3.1.3 before the deadline below.

Upgrade Schedule

  • Upgrade deadline: Height 64214000 (estimated time: 07 May 2026 08:00 UTC Time)
  • Network: Mainnet

All validators should complete the upgrade before this height to ensure a smooth transition.

Voting Guidance

  • YES → Agree with the proposed upgrade deadline
  • NO → Disagree with the deadline or request adjustments
  • ABSTAIN → No strong opinion on the proposed deadline
