Remove axelar1k22ud8g8k7dqx4u5a77gklf6f6exth0u474vt2 and axelar1wuckkey0xug0547lr3pwnuag79zpns5xt49j9a from the authorized verifier set of the amplifier service in the ServiceRegistry (axelar1rpj2jjrv3vpugx9ake9kgk3s2kgwt0y60wtkmcgfml5m3et0mrls6nct9m). Neither has voted in a poll or signed a proof since 2026-10-15 (axelar1wuckkey) and since before 2026-09-03 (axelar1k22ud8g), yet both are still counted in the verifier sets of 7 and 9 amplifier chains respectively. UnauthorizeVerifiers only changes authorization_state; the 50,000 AXL bonds are untouched and the operators can unbond and claim them. After execution, UpdateVerifierSet will be triggered on each affected MultisigProver so the on-chain signer sets drop the two addresses.
