With the GPU marketplace going live following today’s successful mainnet 6 upgrade, so too did the AKT2.0 features of Stable Payments and Take Rates.
With the first proposal of Mainnet 6, we will introduce axlUSDC (Axelar USDC) to Akash Network as the first stable currency that will be accepted as a method of settlement on Akash Network for compute resources.
This is a proposal to update the following parameters
The Take Rate proceeds will be funneled into the existing Community Pool and will cover everything from network bounties and grants to community rewards and incentives.
The use of Community Pool proceeds are and always will be submitted via governance proposals and determined by detailed discussions within sig-economics, the Steering Committee, and any associated working groups.
